Depending on the features you use, Finch Health may process account and contact details, subscription records, wellness entries, connected-device measurements, appointments, messages, and health documents you choose to upload.

We limit collection to data needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. Employer wellness views use approved aggregate rules and are not intended to expose an individual's clinical information.

We use information to authenticate users, deliver requested care and wellness features, operate billing, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, maintain audit records, and meet legal obligations.

Finch AI is an informational support tool, not emergency care or a substitute for a qualified clinician. Sensitive AI operations use approved vendors and minimum-necessary inputs under the applicable contractual posture.

You may request an export or account deletion from the app. A deletion request enters a cancellation period before eligible data is removed. Records that must be retained for legal, billing, safety, or healthcare obligations may remain restricted for the required period and are not represented as immediately erased.

Safeguards include access controls, encryption in transit and at rest where applicable, audit logging, least-privilege operations, and incident-response procedures. No system can guarantee absolute security.
